The timeframe for service delivery will be communicated to you upon understanding the scope of work. While we strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines, factors such as the complexity of the task may affect the delivery schedule.

5. Payment Terms

The payment process is simple: 30% initial payment. No payment first needed for projects below 500 pesos. Pay the balance upon completion. Then, you'll receive your exclusive template upon final payment.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided in cases where the Service was not delivered as agreed upon or if there are significant issues that cannot be resolved to your satisfaction.

7. Confidentiality

Any information provided by you in the course of the Service will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose, share, or use such information for any purpose other than fulfilling the Service unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Any customizations or modifications made to your spreadsheets as part of the Service will become your intellectual property upon receipt of full payment. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service by providing written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment for the work completed up to the termination date.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
